Role of Genesis Voyages
Genesis Voyages acts solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between you and travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and transportation companies. We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or negligence. All travel services are provided subject to each supplier’s own terms and conditions.

Reservations, Payments & Cancellations
All reservations, deposits, and payments made through Genesis Voyages are subject to the supplier’s booking policies, including any applicable cancellation and change penalties. Genesis Voyages does not determine supplier penalties and will not issue refunds beyond what the supplier authorizes. Some travel arrangements may be 100% non-refundable once booked.

For all-inclusive resort itineraries (including standalone resort stays and resort-based multi-destination itineraries), full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm accommodations and secure the agreed travel rate. Cancellations are subject to the resort supplier’s terms and policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined solely by the supplier’s rules and timelines.

For cruise bookings (standalone or as part of a package), Genesis Voyages follows the cruise line’s required deposit amounts and final payment due dates, which vary by supplier and sailing. Cancellations follow the cruise line’s policies, and any refund amount or future cruise credit eligibility will be determined by the supplier.

For custom or bundled itineraries combining multiple travel components (e.g., resort + tours + transfers), the most restrictive supplier policy will apply to the entire package.

We recommend reviewing your supplier’s cancellation policy before confirming your booking. Where applicable, Genesis Voyages will assist in facilitating cancellations or modifications on your behalf.

Travel Insurance Requirement & Recommendation
Genesis Voyages highly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and other covered situations. For all international itineraries, proof of travel insurance is required before confirmation is finalized. Travel insurance is optional unless otherwise required by a supplier. We are happy to provide insurance options for your consideration.

Traveler Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the required travel documents, including passports, visas, health certifications, and vaccinations, for your destination(s). Failure to present proper documentation may result in denial of boarding or entry, for which Genesis Voyages will not be responsible. You are also responsible for reviewing your travel itinerary for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies immediately.

Behavior & Conduct
We expect all travelers to conduct themselves respectfully during travel. Disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior may result in termination of travel arrangements without refund.

Force Majeure
Genesis Voyages is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or acts of God. In such cases, supplier terms will prevail, and Genesis Voyages will advocate for the best possible resolution on your behalf.

Acceptance of Terms
By booking travel services with Mazanap Enterprises LLC dba Genesis Voyages (“Genesis Voyages,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which apply to all travel arrangements made through us.
